You have 60 days from receipt to return stainless steel cookware, and 15 days for other products. Just contact our customer service via the contact form or chat.

1. Not satisfied with your item?
Share as much detail as possible with our team—we’re here to help. If you're still not satisfied, we’ll provide return instructions and a free return label (within mainland France). Return shipping costs may apply for international or overseas returns.

2. Returning for another reason?
Let us know why—it helps us improve. We’ll send you a free return label. Once we receive the item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Returns of small items or accessories must be in original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, manual) with proof of purchase.
Returns of knives or stainless steel cookware are accepted even if used, as long as you're not satisfied.

Items that are damaged, dirty, or incomplete cannot be refunded.
