1. Your order has not shipped yet
If your order hasn’t been shipped, please contact our customer service via the contact form or chat and specify the item you’d like to exchange. Once confirmed, we’ll send you a payment link for any price difference or process a refund if needed.
2. Your order has been delivered
If your order has already been delivered and you wish to exchange an item, contact our customer service. We’ll provide a free return label. Once we receive the item, we’ll send a payment link if there’s a price difference or issue a refund. The new item will be shipped based on your selected delivery option.
