Preordering means you buy the utensils before they are made. By preordering, you help us confirm volumes and start production. We produce on demand.

This way, we only make what we sell, minimizing costs and waste. It’s a short supply chain, like your seasonal veggies ;) No middlemen, no stock, no sales, no unsold items. We still keep a small safety margin to avoid surprises and allow exchanges if needed.

When the preorder campaign ends, we send quantities to our factories. Once made, the utensils arrive at our warehouse in Burgundy after a few days, then we ship to you. Don’t worry, we explain this process with every order so you can track your production status.

This system means some wait time - usually 2 to 6 weeks before you receive your awesome utensils. But preordering lets us offer the best quality-price ratio and make professional quality more accessible to everyone.
