All our cookware is made entirely from 3-ply 18/10 stainless steel - a premium material known for outstanding kitchen performance. Each piece is 2.3mm thick and built with three distinct layers:
Interior: 18/10 stainless steel with 18% chromium for rust resistance and 10% nickel for food-grade neutrality. It meets the highest food safety standards in France and the EU.
Core: A layer of aluminum sealed between two stainless steel layers ensures fast, even heat distribution across the entire cooking surface. The aluminum is never in direct contact with food, thanks to precise sealing.
Exterior: A ferritic stainless steel layer makes the cookware compatible with induction cooktops and all other heat sources.
